What are the requirements to rent a Web Property with GriotSites?
Website Rental Services, a subsidiary of GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs, does not discriminate against virtual residents or prospective virtual residents based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or age. An applicant may not be approved if there is a negative credit history with Griot International, LLC or GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs.

We offer custom Web Properties for short and long term rental/leasing. To view our Virtual Models, click here. How do I apply after I see the Virtual Property I want to rent or lease?
It's easy. Directly on the Demo you have chosen, you will see a "For Rent" sign. Click the sign to navigate to the "Pricing" web page. Choose the Rental or Leasing plan you want to apply for and submit your initial down payment. A Virtual Property Specialist will contact you within 24 hours. (Make a note of the Virtual Property you wish to apply for). Keep in mind that Virtual Properties are first come, first serve.
Who can answer questions after I view the property?
You may contact us via email at websiterental@griotsites.com with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. Please allow us 1 business day to reply to you. Virtual Tenants have more options to contact us to include telephone communications and chat. There is something wrong with the Virtual Demo. What do I do?
Virtual Demos are not totally complete or "furnished" until you supply your content for publishing . Once a Demo is rented or leased, "it" will be removed from the Website Rental List.
Can I view multiple Virtual Property if they are available?
Yes. If the Virtual Property Model is listed on the Site, it is listed as available for the most part. When a Model is occupied, it will be removed from the list by the end of the business day it is rented/leased.
What if I Chose a Virtual Web Property that is already taken?
If we encounter the issue of 2 potential renters, the first one who applied will be awarded the lease. The second potential renter will have the opportunity to choose another Virtual Model or receive a full refund.
